1. Introduction
Welcome to TMV Cabs & Tours. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Customers must provide accurate details while booking, including name, contact information, and travel details.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by TMV Cabs & Tours.

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

• Full payment (100%) must be made before the day of the ride.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All fares are displayed transparently, inclusive of vehicle charges, driver allowances, and applicable tolls/parking where mentioned.

• Any additional charges such as extra hours, additional kilometers, parking, tolls, permits, and hill charges (if applicable) are payable by the customer.

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online payment methods accepted by TMV Cabs & Tours.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You must book at least 90 days or 75 days in advance.

• If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, you will receive a full refund after deducting 5% GST if the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the scheduled trip.

• If the cancellation is made 50 days before the trip, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.

• If the cancellation is made 35 days before the trip, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

• If the cancellation is made 20 days before the trip, a 45% cancellation fee will be charged.

• If the cancellation is made 10 days before the trip, a 60% cancellation fee will be charged.

• No cancellation is allowed within 10 days of the scheduled trip. No refund will be provided.

Customer Notice:
All travelers are advised to have travel insurance for their safety and security. TMV Cabs & Tours.

5. Service Terms

• The driver has the right to refuse service if a passenger is found intoxicated, engaging in illegal activities, or behaving inappropriately.

• Customers are responsible for their belongings; TMV Cabs & Tours is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability and Limitations

• TMV Cabs & Tours strives to provide timely and reliable service but is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• TMV Cabs & Tours is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or disruptions.

7. Vehicle and Driver Regulations

• Customers are expected to treat the vehicle and driver with respect.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be chargeable.

8. Modifications and Amendments

• TMV Cabs & Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Pondicherry.
